INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. margarine

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut wings in half; cut off tips. Dip in beaten egg, then in flour.
  2. Brown in margarine, then put into shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Spoon sauce over wings while cooking.
