Food has been an important part of all our family gatherings. It is fitting that we celebrate the century of the family by compiling some of those recipes. Through the years, we have taken great pride in producing our own food. In early days, it was a necessity; now it is for personal satisfaction.

We hope you enjoy looking back to the foods of your childhood and preserve for posterity some of the recipes from then to the present.

Lasset gut schmecken! (Let it taste good!)
