PUSCH GENEALOGY

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2/3 c. white sugar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat well after adding each ingredient in order given.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until light brown at 375 degrees F.
  4. Lift while hot and roll to form a cone, pinching end to form a calla lily.
  5. Fill with sweetened whipped cream. Pieces of candied orange peel may be added for centre.

YIELD: Two dozen.
