INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Beat well after adding each ingredient in order given.
- Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 3 to 5 minutes until light brown at 375 degrees F.
- Lift while hot and roll to form a cone, pinching end to form a calla lily.
- Fill with sweetened whipped cream. Pieces of candied orange peel may be added for centre.
YIELD: Two dozen.
