INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In heavy saucepan, mix butter and hot water. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour all at once, stirring until mixture leaves sides of pan.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating continually.
- Drop by spoonful on oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Cool.
- Fill with whipped cream or cream pudding.
