INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. sifted icing sugar
DIRECTIONS
- In heavy saucepan, mix brown sugar and cocoa with cream. Bring to a boil.
- Cook 5 minutes. Add vanilla, then beat in icing sugar.
- Put immediately into paper lined pan. Cut in squares.
Variations: Omit cocoa and add 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/4 teaspoon maple flavouring for maple cream fudge.
