INGREDIENTS
- 3 lemons
- 3 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- Sugar
- Water
DIRECTIONS
I always make this in February when the navel oranges come in.
- Wash fruit and remove seeds; grind.
- For every cup of fruit, add 1 cup water.
- Boil for 30 minutes. Let stand overnight.
- The next day, measure again. for 1 cup fruit add 1 cup sugar.
- Boil 20 minutes, then put into jars.
YIELD: Six to eight jars.
