INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. cooked and cooled macaroni
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Mix macaroni and vegetables together.
- Combine ketchup, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture.
- Toss together and marinate 2 hours. Mix again before serving.
