PUSCH GENEALOGY

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb. chicken (pieces or cubed)
  • 1 lge. onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 c. soya sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine or sherry

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown chicken cubes in pot with crushed garlic clove.
  2. Chop onion in lengthwise strips; add to chicken.
  3. Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Let simmer until chicken is cooked.

Nice served with rice. YIELD: Four to six servings.
