INGREDIENTS
- Eggs, 1 per person
- Salad dressing
- Salt & pepper
- Onion greens or chives (optional)
- Paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Put eggs in saucepan; cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Drain. Cover eggs with cold water.
- When eggs are cool, peel shells.
- Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks to bowl. Arrange white halves on plate.
- Mash yolks with your favourite salad dressing, until yolks are a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add greens, if using.
- Press yolk filling into white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve.
